Tried to fly our Chinese hand-made (by us) kites today. The wind was quite tricky but it was no problem for our snake and radish. Kid wanted to throw some sand in the water and the dogs went swimming too. J made the Chinese eggplant dish that he learned about in a cooking school in Yangshuo, China. It became a little too hot for my taste, out chili paste might have been stronger than the local one.
